Users can delete their GoLocally account directly in the app by going to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. If this option is unavailable, users may request account deletion through this page. When an account is deleted, personal data such as profile information, preferences, saved places, chat history, and wallet data are permanently removed. Any unused credits are forfeited. Certain limited data may be retained only where required by law for compliance or security purposes, and only for the legally required retention period.
